Private lessons are an amazing tool for shaping your yoga practice to exactly what you need. If you want a consistent practice in the privacy of your own home, or if you are dealing with an injury that needs more individualized attention, private lessons are an ideal setting. I recommend at least one private lesson If you want to be able to drop-in to public classes but want to get a feel for the movements in advance, or have had any apprehension about starting a yoga practice.
How it works
Most of my private lessons are a little less than 1.5 hours, consisting of an hour of practice, with 15 minutes before and after to check in, though I can tailor the timing to your needs. I can come to your space with all the props, or for an extra fee we can rent space at one of The People’s Yoga locations. Please contact me directly to schedule.
Life Coaching/ Yoga Combination Session!
The practice of yoga can help us get clearer on where we are stuck and how to create more space, strength, and flexibility in our bodies and beings. A private yoga session gives you to opportunity to ask questions and explore your particular needs. The addition of life coaching takes this even deeper, using talk, thought work, and body awareness to discover our most authentic truth, how to approve of where we are, and how to move forward.
This session will start with an inquiry into what it is you want to explore. Together, we will make a plan of how to move towards your desired outcome. Depending on your needs, the session may be focused more on talking, moving, meditating, or a combination.
